The Thang
Q#1 (Hotspot) took off in the wrong direction, but based on the lively crowd, refused to correct his mistake, so we took a lap around the back of the volleyball courts on the way to the basketball courts.
4 man Box Plank – two runners sprint to the end of the court and back. Rotate into the 4 man Box Plank.
(OK Varying levels of success here. YHC thinks we can make this work if we keep at it. He won’t pull it out unless we have a group divisible by 4)
