It was a foggy morning for sure. Not so much outside as it was in YHC’s head. Lot’s of ideas on what to do this am in the gloom but nothing was sticking. With no plan made we did as we could.

- Lunge walk up to the top of the lot
- Reverse Lunge walk down to the bottom of the lot
- 10 x Merkins IC for all those #overachievers #tanktopmen that finished early

Mosey over to the basketball court and line up for…
- Bear Crawl single file around the double courts
Divide into 1’s & 2’s for…

Run to the top of the lot and get on your 6’s for…

Run to the bottom of the lot…
- 20 x American Hammers IC
Run to the top of the lot…
- 20 x Reverse LBC’s
Run to the bottom of the lot…

Run to the top of the lot and that’s it!!!

NMS:
The Pax were asking about the GoRuck and my first response was “It was fun.” As they asked more questions and I described the things we were doing I would say “yeah that sucked” “that was hard.” etc. They called me out on how I said it was fun but then it sucked. I’ve thought a little about it I’ve come to the conclusion that it was challenging/hard/tough because the things we endured were all those things and they sucked at times but it was fun because of the men that were there right beside me the whole while. My F3 brothers were what made it fun and it’s why I would do it again and encourage others who didn’t participate to sign up next go round.
