That Thang:

Jog down greenway – to right- stop at loading dock – jump up on loading dock – run right to the end – bear crawl down grass hill – run to start – repeat 10x

Run to ring of fire -ring 1 – 20 merkins; ring 2 – 20 squats; ring 3 – 20 monkey humpers

Run to dojo – 20 dips and 20 irkins

Leave dojo to the right – find greenway path and run to the left past pond to wooden bridge – 20 derkins at bridge

Continue on greenway – turn left and run up grassy hill – 20 burpees at the top

Run back to loading dock and repeat

Everyone made it through 2 times with young stallions, Yo Yo and Swingline leading the way with 2 1/2 rounds. We finished round 2 with 20 burpees OYO.
