21 unsuspecting PAX came out for another A-team edition of, “It’s my 2 year anniversary Q.”  While the exact date is lost to history, YHC distinctly remembers his first post at Pullen on a cold and wet Saturday sometime in February.  Was Banjo there?  Thanks for the EH, Denali!  And many thanks and much gratitude to the men of F3.  On to the workout….we start with a warm-up lap around parking lot with karaoke mixed in.  PAX circle-up and count-off before a warm-up of:

Mosey to basketball court and partner-up. 4 laps on around volleyball courts

  • 1st lap: Partner 1 24 reps each of Irkins / Dips; Partner 2 runs lap. Flapjack.
  • 2nd lap: Partner 1 24 reps each of step-ups / hello dollies; Partner 2 runs lap.  Flapjack.
  • 3rd lap: Partner 1 24 reps each of dirkins / ww2s; Partner 2 runs lap.  Flapjack.
  • 4th lap: Partner 1 24 reps each of box jumps / LSFs:  Partner 2 runs lap.  Flapjack.

Mosey to picnic shelter.  Partner 1 Irkins AMRAP; Partner 2 bear crawl to shelter 2, 10 Carolina Dry Docks, bear crawl back.  Mosey to lake-side path.  Stop at railing for 24 Irkins (tip of the hat to Franklin for railing idea — was the first and only other rail work Franklin’s virgin Q?).  Mosey to bottom of power-line hill.  Partner Carry to top; jog down.  Flapjack.  Run over to main road and stop at bottom for plank session.  Jog to basketball court.

  • Wheelbarrow across court. Jog back.  Flapjack.
