VSF planted, a hearty PAX of 26 chose a fountain of youth experience this morning at Crabtree. Haven’t been to FZ as much as I used to, today reminded me what’s both great and different about this AO. Lots of familiar faces, a reunion of sorts with only a few who are less than a year in F3. This was a great time on many levels…

Main Event:

SSH x 15, run to ramps…backwards up and sprint the levels to the top

Imperial Walkers x 15, Merkins x 10, Plank Jacks x 15…cars started to approach, moved on

Sprint parking lot top, 10 Hand-Release Burpees, Sprint next lot, 10 Hand Release Burpees…move to top level

Push-A-Rama: CDD x 15, Wide Grip Merkins x 10, Diamonds x 10, Staggers L&R x 10, Merkins x 15

Sprint long length of parking deck to wall. People’s Chair 5 count per pax, Derkins x 15….run to top of stairwell & partner up

Scissors: Partner 1 runs legnth of deck to wall & performs 10 Hand-Release Merkins, Partner 2 runs down stairwell & performs 5 Jump Squats, when Partners meet 10 High 5 merkins and switch. This ran for 20 minutes straight.

Run down stairwell and sprint back to start

– If you want to sweat during the winter, this place is your best bet. YHC was surprised to see drops all over the place during push-a-rama. Swingline & Yo-Yo crushed it during “scissors”, they came close to lapping the field on rotations. Big crew for coffeteria too, 10+ easy. In case I left something out from above, speak up!

The Arena is every Friday now, Countrywide and Duff could use some help today.
