15 PAX arrived for what is touted as Tuesday’s or the week’s hardest workout. Regardless, YHC has the responsibility to live up to TG’s hype and bring pain. Hopefully the pain was brought and Macgruber mumble chattered more on his ruck home….

Run up millbrook rd to upper parking lot.

SSH x 20, Good Mornings x 15, Mountain Climbers x 15, Mountain Climber(x4) Hand Release Merkins(x1) x 15, Modified Jack-Webb with Knee Ups/180 Squat Jumps.

Mosey over to corner of the parking lot closest to the park lodge(?)

The Thang: “Circles of Death”

Start with 5 Burpees and run around the circle. 5 burpees, 10 Plank jacks and run around the circle twice. 5 burpees, 10 plank jacks, 15 Merkins and run around the circle 3 times. 5 burpees, 10 plank jacks, 15 merkins, 20 star jumps and run around the circle 4 times. 5 burpees, 10 plank jacks, 15 merkins, 20 star jumps, 25 LBCs and sprint around the circle 5 times.

All PAX completed this and had some pain breaks in between each set increase interchange.

Mosey down millbrook rd to where the damn greenway path begins..20 merkins on my down count, run across the dam to the opposite end, 20 merkins, run back across the dam to where we stated, 20 merkins. We may have gone down and back one more time but I can’t remember if we did….
