11 PAX put their big boy pants on and came out for suprise fitness test this morning.
We started with 10 minutes of agility warm ups including Agility Ladder, lateral single leg cone jumps, cone shuffles, and hurdle jumps.
After warming up, we began a basic Army Physical Fitness Test which included 2 minutes of Pushups, 2 minutes of Sit-Ups, and a 2 mile Run.
I have also posted scores for guys who did the same test in April to compare scores: First score is today, second score is April.

Everyone came in on the run at 15:30 and higher, and everyone improved their run time from last time.

Great job today brothers. As I said this morning, life is not going to give us warnings for the hard times ahead. It is good to know our baseline fitness levels when we are unprepared for it. You all motivate me to be the best I can be.
