Greetings brothers.  It’s August – the dog days are upon us.  School will be starting before you know it.  Have you gotten better over the course of the summer?  After enduring the #Lee500 last week (more like Lee 425), YHC was determined to come up with a test for the PAX and himself.  Consider taking a break from your normal Monday routine and post at one of N. Raleigh’s finest AO’s.  I’d love tomorrow to get to #problematicstatus with over 18 PAX.

Introducing the #Crucible360 – 30 min of pain + 15 min of Mary.  This will be OYO like the #TrueGrit fitness test.  Here’s the deal.  At Williams Park, there is a running loop around the soccer field that is about 1/4 mile – hence the 360…the PAX will run the loop each time after completing the following:

Burpee Buster (5 burpee types – 6 reps each = 30 burpees

  • Standard Burpee
  • Jump Knee Tuck Burpee
  • Hand Release Burpee
  • Prison Cell Merkin Burpee
  • Ski Ab Burpees (Right-Left = 1)

Start with Burpee Buster then run the loop and repeat until time called at 615.  PAX gather for 15 min of Mary.
