Great group of guys this morning on an unusually cool summer morning,  Spirits and mubblechatter were high and pace was aggressive.  Welcome FNG’s Toolbox and Manischewitz (despite hard push from Wilson to name him Screwtop)

Pre-Ruck:

Lead by Epoxy and Franzia.  We rucked from Carroll at 6am sharp in and around North Hills Club with stops for irkins, squats, overhead ruck press, merkins, planks and carrying a “dead” Les Nessman.

The Thang:

Warm-up:

Mosey to First Citizens parking lot:

Good Morning x 10

Windmill x 10

Mountain Climbers x 20

Plank Jacks x 15

The Thang:

Grab a partner – merkin chase (catch me if you can) from First Citizens to Chuys with 5 merkins each time you catch your partner

4 Corners at Chuys and Amphitheater, run the straightaways and bear crawl at the end zones.

1. Prisoner Squats x 10 at each corner

2. Star Jumps x 10 at each corner

3. Wide Grip Merkins x 10 at each corner

4. Burpees x 10 at each corner

Mosey to Captrust stair case for LBC pyramid to the top.  Increasing by 10 LBC’s at each parking level and back down (total LBC’s completed by Pax = 360)

Mosey back to First Citizens for The Beast:

1. Merkins (6 x 6 x 6 there and 6 x 6 x 6 back)

2. Diamond merkins ( 6 x 6 x 6 there and 6 x 6 x 6 back)

(YHC had planned for 6 rounds of merkins variations for The Beast but ran out of time)
