16 men braved the heat and humidity this morning for Raleigh’s premier Monday workout.  We started promptly at 5:46am to allow Countrywide to come blazing in and join the pax.  Took a nice jog around the park and pulled the reins by the tennis court for the warm up.

SSH x25, Mountain Climbers x25, Imperial Walkers x20, GM x20 & Windmill x20

Moseyed over to the sand for a quick suicide and Hasselhoff.  Just like that we were back on asphalt headed for the picnic shelter for a 5 set “Mini Murph”.

Set 1 – Pull ups x5, Merkins x10, Prisioner Squats x15.  Set 2 – Chin Ups, Irkins, Prisioner Squats.  Set 3 – Alt. Side Pull ups (you had to be there), Derkins, Split Squat right leg.  Set 4 – Chin ups, Irkins, Split Squat left leg.  Set 5 – Pull ups, Merkins, Prisioner Squats.

Recover on the jog over to the baseball field for a couple quick laps.  Lap 1 – run to right field, 5 burpees, bear crawl to center, 5 burpees, crab walk to left, 5 burpees and run home.  People’s chair to pass some time.  Lap 2 – run to right, 10 merkins, lunge walk to center, 10 merkins, lunge walk to left, 10 merkins and run home.  After a short people’s chair it was off to the concrete bleachers for 3 sets of Lebrons & Dips.
