25 PAX (including 1 FNG – 8 mile) ventured out into the Chapel Hill gloom for their Wednesday dose of fun at the OEC. Earthmover was the special guest Q from F3SwampRabbit. Here’s what went down

Welcome to the #300 workout. Inspired by our resident F3SouthCarolina stud Chaser the 300 workout is a total body beatdown that every Q should keep in their toolbox.

Line up at bottom of OEC parking lot.
10 merkins
20 squats
10 merkins
20 LBCs
Run up parking lot +- 30 yards and back. This is one round. Rinse and repeat x 15 to get to a total of 300 reps for each exercise.

Added bonus – at rounds 5, 10 and 15 do 10 superman burpees.

Some of the studlier pax knocked this out pretty quick. All pax come back and perform last 2 rounds with the 6. #nomanleftbehind
