To amphitheater grassy area for a little Del Brown – Group 1 on grass, 10 merkins then 25 yard crab walk, then 10 diamond merkins, 25 yard crab walk back, 10 more merkins. Group 2 on wall doing AMRAP dips. Flapjack, then round 2 of same thing with alternating irkins x 20, derkins x 20 AMRAP.
Indian run back across Six Forks (monkey humpers at light) to fountain. Group 1 B2W while Group 2 does 15 jump up/step ups. Flapjack. Round 2 alternating left/right squats x 15 with more B2W for the other group.
To grassy area at start, oval up for dreams of Pam the Blam from P90x (Hush Puppy). V-Up Roll Ups (a WW2/dying cockroach combo) x 15 OYO, low slow flutter and H2H x 20.
