A lone guitarist in the middle of a dark stage. The lights slowly rise. He stands in a bank of curling fog that encircles his feet like snowy powder in the high Alps. He cuts the mist with blazing notes that explode from the headstock of his flame-top Les Paul. And the crowd erupts.

Welcome to The Blitz. The fog machine full on. The PAX stood on the dark stage. And we cut through the pre-dawn mist with nine black balls of steel. The gloom erupts.

Moleskin:

King David mysteriously emerged from the dense fog around 0535, then exited as quickly as he appeared. We could only surmise that he sleeps in the gloom.

Mumblechatter unearthed future plans for the always adventurous Utah. However, YHC cannot bear to elaborate.

Cut Me Mick posted with his dauntless, quiet power. Man Ram spurred Vila on to more explosive squat techniques. Shaggy couldn’t resist the excellent gloom. Utah raised the goblet with gusto. Fault showed he’s a repeat Blitz offender. Rain Man swung the bells like an old pro. Flatline pressed the PAX with relentless enthusiasm. Burgundy made LLCoolJ proud. #rockthebells Denali attacked the bells with a vengeance. Nessman swung with swagger. Yo-Yo led the way throughout.

It was a good day for hoisting heavy metal.

YHC concluded by sharing Psalm 24.1 – “The earth is the Lords and everything in it; the world and all who live in it.” As we live our lives, we are to live showing respect and care for the creation around us that God has made—the earth is the Lord’s. (T-claps here from Vila!)

And we are to show respect to every person we come across—all who live in it. That means treating with respect those we love, and even showing respect for the people who oppose us. We don’t know what’s going on with them that’s behind their opposition, so we are called to pray for them and to show them respect. Let’s live that way, men.

Burgundy handled the prayer duties.

Thanks brothers. Honored.
