A stormy morning led to a nice morning. Men were assembled early and seemed eager to do some work and sweating…and more sweating. Jog up 2 flights of stairs and exit to deck. 2x burpee, bear crawl to next corner and 4x burpee. sprint up parking deck ramp and 6x merkein. bearcrawl to next corner and 8x merkein. Run back to other end of deck and down stairwell to field. 2’s bearcrawl up field and 20x lbc. Run back down and repeat. Plank out until 1’s return. Flapjack. Next, 1’s back to deck and same as 1st time. 2’s lungewalk up field and 20x dying cockroach, back down and repeat. Flapjack when 1’s return. The 3rd time all merkeins in the corners on the deck. 2’s bearcrawl up field and 30x low slow flutters, repeat and flapjack upon 1’s return.

Jog to near Burts favorite pocket park and find a spot on handrail and 10x Australian pullups. Jog back to start and COT.
