25 pax capped the week off with some pain courtesy of the Thin Blue Line.  7 stout/mentally-suspect pax decided that a pre-TBL ruck was needed.  A poor choice.  Anyway, the VSF was planted firmly in the virtual earth, and the pain began…

The Thang:

It’s Te’o Time, baby.  That used to mean 2 minutes past start time…now it just means pain.  Usually with low plank holds.

Warmup COP:
SSH, arm circles, windmills, merkins, imperial walkers

4 corners:
Start in a corner of the soccer field, sprint to next corner, do exercise, sprint to next, etc.  It was just as painful as it was simple, and there was much rejoicing.  Exercises included merkins, dry docks, clap squats, wide-grip merkins, flutter kicks, Freddy Mercurys, burpees

YHC thankfully took the reigns at this point.  After a few long explanations of a very simple exercise, YHC’s lungs had recovered enough to do something other than stand and speak.

Partner carry races – Durham vs. Chapel Hill
1 pair at a time, rest do planks
Unlike this past Wednesday, the Durham crew fell short and did 10 penalty burpees

Wheelbarrow races
1 pair at a time, rest do low squat holds
Once again the CH crew emerged victorious.  Urine drug screens still pending.
