Run to far corner of pond closest to parking lot. 4 burpees, 13 partner clap merkins, 17 WWII sit-ups.

Run to dojo. 4 box jump burpees, 13 dips, 17 LBCs.

Run down hill to gates. 4 pull-ups, 13 partner clap merkins, 17 WWII sit-ups.

Run to dojo. 4 box jump burpees, 13 dips, 17 LBCs.

Run past stream/rocks to by the drinking fountain. 4 burpees, 13 partner clap merkins, 17 WWII sit-ups.

Run to dojo. 4 box jump burpees, 13 dips, 17 LBCs.

Run to ellipse. 4 burpees, 13 partner clap merkins, 17 WWII sit-ups.

Run to dojo. 4 box jump burpees, 13 dips, 17 LBCs.

Repeat until time called.
