Beautiful Friday morning with 20 PAX ready for an intense workout.  No FNGs so limited disclaimers & we started!

Warmup: 24 SSH, 24 Windmill, 24 MC, 24 Imperial Walkers

The Thang:

Run to rock pile-> 12 surprise burpees; bear crawl up rocky hill stopping for 24 plankjacks & 24 Carolina drydocks along the way.  At fence at top of hill, BTW for 6 count x 4.

12s:  separate into 2 groups (odds & evens)   Merkins & Airsquats alternating (group 1 start with merkins, 2 squats)

Run to picnic tables-> 12 more surprise burpees at bottom of hill for total of 24.

12s:  Urkins & Dips at picnic tables

Run to small rockpile:   24 rock curls x 3, 24 squat press x 3

Mary:  24 LBCs, 24 DCs, 24 FMs, PLANK
