On Labor Day 2023, the F3 Raleigh Pax will converge at Dorothea Pix Park inspired by the greatest and strongest of Greek heroes. Ancient Heracles, known more famously by his Roman name Hercules, completed 12 seemlingly impossible tasks, or “labours”, to prove his status as a demi-god. Hercules accomplished all 12 labours and became immortalized forever.
To celebrate labor day 2023, the Pax will complete our own 12 labours by moseying across Dix Park and performing boot camp exercise circuits at landmarks and stations. This main event will be a highly modified workout led by our Q Bean Counter and open to all fitness levels and training styles. We’ll even accomodate those training for the Blue Ridge Relay (BRR) and have a ruck option! Our main goal will be to enjoy Dix Park campus and each other on a special holiday. Please consider bringing out your 2.0 or a FNG!
Check out the event details, parking, and ruck map below! RUCKERs please end at the Big Field!
