I have just started going to Gideon this year thanks to the Kickstarter Challenge. With about two under my belt I figured it was time to step up and Q one. Hmmmm checking the Q sign up sheet. Well this AO is booked for awhile. So when Tony Robbins put out the Bat Signal for a replacement Q due to an injury I jumped on it….like white on rice….Yeah bad puns!!!

The Warm Up:

  • SSH x 20 IC
  • GM x 15 IC
  • WM x 15 IC
  • KDK x 10 IC

The Thang:

  • Bear Crawl around the parking lot and plank it out till all the pax finish.

Retrieve 25 lb rice bag acquired the day previous from Sam’s Club and fondly named during the work out.

Double time Indian Run around the lake while handing off the coupon. The last man brings the coupon back to the from and the cycle continues.

At every quarter mile marker we stop and a pax calls out and exercise and counts cadence.

  1. Squats
  2. Murcans
  3. Shoulder Press
  4. Mountain Climbers
  5. Flutter Kicks
  6. Scuba Buddha

I can’t remember if there were other exercises called. It was pretty dark and we might have missed a couple of markers. On the way back names were kicked around for the rice bag coupon. It came down to “Condoleezza Rice” and “Uncle Ben”. In the end Uncle Ben got the AYE’s!

  • Back at the parking lot we lunge walk around the lot and squat hold till all the pax finish.
  • 10 Burpees oyo
  • Done!!!
