The Story:

Two weeks ago, the Zero Hour Faithful, known for their quick wit and creativity, welcomed FNG Filling, appropriately giving him his F3 name because…wait for it…he’s a dentist.  Kabam!!!! (as TARP might say, or we might imagine him say).  As I am sure you would agree, that’s some solid, creative F3 naming right there.  We know.  Well, apparently some North Raleigh PAX didn’t think so and sometime over the past week at one of their North Raleigh workouts that YHC has never heard of, the North Raleigh PAX changed Filling’s name to “Old Bay.”  Unacceptable.  Filling, great having you back buddy with your proper F3 name!

The Warmup:

The Thang:

  • Run to steep hill for 11s.  Merkins at the top; squats at the bottom.
  • Run to Picnic Area
    • Pullups (5x), Dips (20x), Left, Right Step Ups (20x) –2x
    • Pullups AMRAP
  • Run to Parking Lot
    • Sprint, Standard Merkins (10x)
    • Sprint, Diamond Merkins (10x)
  • Run to Tennis Court
    • Balls to the Wall (20), Sir Nigel Fazio Arm Circles (Forward and Reverse — 10x), Bear Crawl Length of Tennis Court, Balls to the Wall (10), Arm Circles (Forward and Reverse – 10x), Bear Crawl Back
  • Run to Baseball Field
    • Burpees (10x)
    • Mary: WWII (20x), Freddy (20x), LBCs (20x), American Hammer (15x)
