28 PAX posted including 2 FNG’s. We trotted around the North Hills parking lots with a few exercises sprinkled in.
WARM UP:
- 25 SSH
- 20 Plank Jacks
- 15 Windmills
- 20 Mountain Climbers
- 15 Sir Fazio – forward
- 15 Sir Fazio – backward
- 20 Good Mornings
Ran to water fountains. Divided into 3 teams and rotated through 3 stations:
- Station 1 – run around building 1 lap
- Station 2 – merkins
- Station 3 – step ups on water fountain
Rinse and Repeat with twist
- Station 1 – run around building – sprint last 4th of lap
- Station 2 – durkins
- Station 3 – LBC’s
Run to parking lot in front of Staples
- Station 1 – run to bottom of hill and 10 merkins
- Station 2 – bear crawl to end of parking lot and run back
- Station 3 – 4th of July burpees (7 plank jacks and 4 merkins when down)
Rinse and Repeat with twist
- Station 1 – run to bottom and LBC’s
- Station 2 – boat / canoes
- Station 3 – run to end and lung walk back
Ran to back Target parking lot for round of monkey humpers.
Mosey over to parking deck
- Station 1 – 30 pulls up
- Station 2 – crab walk
- Station 3 – people’s chair
Backwards run to back entrance to North Hills. Then did two 100 yard sprints with your group until we were all finished.
