5 PAX rolled into the Crick on hopefully one of the last cold mornings of the season. Due to an apparent admin oversight, there was no Q scheduled. YHC stepped up, having not led in awhile plus Bob Ross is always up for a little spontaneous creativity. I was confident I could create some “happy little” ruckers… Rucks on and moving out…

Warmup
Jog around the soccer/baseball field.
• Side Straddle Hops x15
• Good Mornings x15
• Sir Fazio Arm Circles x10 Forward x Reverse
• Imperial Walkers x15
• Merkins x15

The Thang:
Jog up to the rock pile, grab one.
• Bicep Curl x10
• Bear Crawl up the parking lot to the stop sign and mosey back.
• Overhead Press x10
• Lunge Walk up the parking lot to the stop sign and mosey back.
• Tricep Extension x10

Jog up to the stairs for a set of Eleven’s
Star Jump at the top / Prisoner Squat at the Bottom.

Jog around to the other side of the school to the brick planters.
• Erkins x10
• Dips x10
• Left Right Step up w/Rock x15
• Bent Over Row x10

Jog around to the back of the school to the playground.
• Erkins x10
• Dips x10
• Right Left Step up w/Rock x15
• Bent Over Row x10

Jog back to the rock pile and release your friend.

Jog back to the picnic shelter. Light jog around the opposite field.
