5 PAX chose to forget what they saw last night on the debates and purge their bodies of the weekends misfortunes.
We started with 2 lap around the track, followed by 10 minutes of agility work through the ladder and cones. After 2 minutes of rest, we ran suicides for 10 minutes doing a 5 pushups at the first turn, 5 squats at the second, and 5 get ups at the third. 2 more minutes of rest, then a pushup pyramid from 1-5. Finished out Mary with 50 flutterkicks. The crew was happy.
