5 Pax brought clear skies and speed to the first official, non rain day goat workout. We did this work:

Warm Up: 4 laps at a comfortable pace followed by one lap of 50 yard strides

The Work:

  • 4 – 400s, Relay style to ensure adequate recovery between intervals
  • 1 recovery lap
  • 2 – 800s, with two minutes in between
  • 2 recovery laps

All 5 pax left the workoout BETTER, STRONGER, FASTER
