With the Major League All-Star Game just wrapping up, BO paid tribute to the Great American Pastime this morning with 14 Pax, including 1 FNG.

Warmup at the library – SSH, Good morning, IW, Windmill, Quickfeet

Run to Cary Elementary’s old “baseball” field with a stop for Quickfeet on the way.

The baseball field has seen its better days, but the Pax enjoyed a circuit around the field designed to improve all 5 baseball tools (throwing, running, fielding, hitting for average, and hitting for power).

Announcements: Many open Q spots in Cary over the next few days, sign up! Banjo also mentioned that he was looking for guys to run 5-6 miles with him on Sundays. Many of the Pax seemed “eager” to join him.
