Well, YHC was determined to get this post up before the next NH Monday rolled around. But life has been, well, life. No excuse. Here she finally is.
27 Pax arrived on time for Part 2 of Shaggaversary 2. I divided my 2nd Anniversary into 2 Q’s this year in what could prove to be a painful trend. 3 for 3. 4 for 4. 5 for 5. Where does it stop? Hopefully it doesn’t. Here’s how the party went down:
Warm Up
Run to back parking area, circle around, circle up
SSH x22, IW x22, Standard Merkins x12, GM x12
Thang 1
Partner up, size matters:
P1 – Carry P2 around the circle, then run to entrance gate and back
P2 – After drop off, 10 Burpees, 20 LBCs, 30 Squats, repeat till P1 returns
Flapjack, then run together to the bottom of Sisyphus,
10 partner Dirkins each, plank work till all arrive
Thang 2
5 Burpee Backwards Partner Chase #crowdpleaser
P1 Backwards run Sisyphus, P2 5 Burpees, then catch P1, tag and flap
So when chasing, run forward, when being chased, run backwards
Plank work at top till all arrive, run down to collect the 6
Thang 3
Mosey to the Baseball field, People’s Chair
P1 – Bear Crawl to first base
Fiddler Crab right to second
Fiddler Crab left to third
Bear Crawl home, 10 Burpees
P2 – Start with 10 Burpees OYO
Follow above moves around the bases
People Chair when done, arm distractions
2nd Round, Lounge Walk instead of Fiddler Crab,

Thank Countrywide for the 22 count during the first exercise. He sensed a theme, and I obliged.
It was cool hearing how long everyone has been doing F3. A full mix. Guys who have been coming out for 1, 2, even 3 years. And new guys like Coleslaw who made today his first day.
