Workout was heavy on upper body and plenty of hill work. We followed the pre-blast to a tee….YHC did underestimate how far back the caged bridge is from the parking lot. Thanks to Red Card, ChipandDale and other PAX who had the foresight to reign YHC in when 6:06 came and we hadn’t started to make are way back.

Warm up:

  • Mosey to gravel trail behind dojo. 15 SSH, 15 Wind Mills
  • Quick pace jog to mid-way of our hill

Thang:

  • Start with10 partner clap merkins and repeat every time partners cross paths.
  • At top bridge: 40 modified pullups, 20 freddie mercury’s, 10 peter parker’s
  • At bottom bridge: 40 prison squats, 20 low slow flutters, 10 carolina dry dock

Time was called at 6:06 to make our way back…COT at the old train depot lot.
