What: Regular Wednesday workouts are canceled in favor of a Convergence! There will be a bootcamp led by Slushii and a run led by Lamp, take your pick. Warmup on the Carroll track optional at 6:30. Run will target a 9-minute-mile pace for 10 kilometers/6.2 miles
Where: Carroll Middle School,4520 Six Forks Road meet in the front lot
