Take an extra lap around the soccer pitch and gather up on the cushy grass. Start the “Squatting Dog” AKA the “Bowl Licker” progression. 5x move hands up , 5x move hands up, 5x move hands up, 5x move hands up (Ouch)! 10x “Dolphin Pushups”. 20x Outside Leg Lift each side, Inside Leg Lift 20x each side.
Mosey to the picnic shelter – Alternating Right Left Step up, Box Jumps, Erkins, Dips, Adductor Planks L/R, Alternating Right Left Step
Mosey to the big hill (Wow, it’s farther away than it looks). Elevens – nope – Sevens – Nope – Fives cut short. LBC at the bottom of the hill, 180 Reversi Burpees at the top (Burpee, but spin in the air 180 degrees at each jump). Those got cut short, because we need to pack in some Mary.
