The air this morning was thick. Thick with…thickness. I started sweating upon exiting the fartsack. My goal for today’s version of Detention was to have 135 pax post like Shaggy got for July 4. We had 17. #Fail. But the pax who did post were the type you want at a workout. The kind that look bear crawl Indian runs in the face & give them the bird. I really like the site, its full of great options. I decided to utilize some of the not-so-obvious options today. Disclaimer given, here we go.
Jog to track for warmup COP. Standard exercises were enjoyed.
PAX lined up at start of one turn & planked it out head to toe. Bear crawl Indian Run. So, PAX in rear bear crawls to front while all other PAX hold plank. Repeato to the end of the turn on the track ~100m.
Jog into middle of where the building are. Set of 11s with box jumps & incline merkins.
Mosey to wall. Balls to the wall, 5 count down & 10 count down. People’s chair, 10 count down & 20 count down.
Mosey back to set of steps. Set of 11s with squat thrusts at the top & flutters at the bottom.
Mosey back out to the track. Bear crawl Indian Run back around the turn to where we started earlier on the workout.
All You Got back to the parking lot.
