Early morning arrival at Lourdes to set up the workout with perfect weather to boot.  An out of towner from SC (Cesspool) beat the hotel fartsack and posted strong.  23 Pax arrived ready to go.  Good to have Minnie moving soon to the neighborhood if his GC can ever get the work done.  here we go.

Warm up is quick and easy:  25xSSH, 20xmerkins, mid and low plank hold, world’s greatest stretch (WGS)…done.

The Thang:

Run to the Lourdes covered lot where YHC had done some prep work.  6 pallets brought from the house due to some back patio work. 

split Pax into 2 groups. 

Group 1 takes off up the Anderson Drive hill to Cooleemee and back.  chase down your partner and tag for 5 merkins, repeato until back to the parking deck.

Group 2 went through a confusing workout at first, but then got the hang of it.  3 stations:

1 – 3 pallets spread at one end of lot, 3 at far end.  one man carries to other side and carries back, for total of 6 carries.

2 – man waiting for his turn is on the jump rope…AMRAP

3 – those waiting go into the pain zone – choice of burpees, LBC, Rosalitas, star jumps (AMRAP until turn)

Switch when group 1 comes back from their run.

Once both group finished the run we moved into peoples chair on the wall, 5 count across the Pax, arms out, arms overhead, left leg cross, right leg cross.
