There was a lot of movement over the weekend.

Some of us ran 10 kilometers through an amalgam of mud and agricultural run-off.

Others ran 13.1 miles through the City of Oaks.

One deranged PAX did both.

So it seemed to YHC that somehow the notion that you had to ambulate in order to work out had woven its way into our collective psyche.  To dispel that misnomer, we planted ourselves under the Pic-Nic shelter and became determined to cover no ground together.

  • Jog to get a rock, gather back at the Shelter
  • SSH x 30
  • Good Mornings x 20
  • Sir Fazio’s x 30 (15 forward, 15 back)
  • Mountain Climbers x 20

The Game:

  • Deck Of Cards, Black = Arms, Red = Chest;
    • Clubs = Curls
    • Spades = Tricep Extensions
    • Hearts = Standard Mercans
    • Diamonds = Diamond Mercans
  • Complete the deck (including one Joker for 5 burpees)

The After Party:

  • Rotate to a new rock
  • One Legged Squats x 20
  • Rotate to a new rock
  • Overhead Press Squats x 20
  • Rotate to a new rock
