YHC did a little recon the night before and consulted with M4L on this beat down.  19 Pax posted to the AO known as Disneyworld.  Roger Roger has a bad ass new truck!  Shovel Flag was planted, no disclaimer needed – we were off.

Warmup

  • Quick jog to MCHS Student Parking lot – circle up
  • SSH x 20 IC
  • Good Morning x 10 IC
  • Standard Merkin x 20 IC
  • Fazio Arm Circles 10F + 10 R
  • Arm stretches
  • Left foot over Right tow touch stretches – reverse
  • Quick disclaimer that we were going off reservation and to use our Indoor Voices – and we were off – jog out of the park and into Jamison Park subdivision – where I found the steepest hill I could find

The Thang

  • Start at base of Hill at itersection of Jameson Park Dr and Wesley Ridge Dr
  • Run to top of hill – 7 burpees
  • Recover to the bottom – 1 jump squat
  • Run to top – 6 burpees
  • Recover to the bottom – 2 jump squat
  • repeat…
  • Mosey back to the Abyss (76 stairs on frisbee golf course)

 

  • Partner up =
  • Partner 1 does wheelbarrow up the stairs – stopping at each landing to do 2 merkins and then continuing up stairs
  • Abs at the top until the 6 arrives
  • Go to the bottom and Partner 2 does the same thing
  • At top – Pax does 20 Freddy Mercury IC
  • Jog back to main parking lot for mary
