This workout was several days ago, so I don’t recall the details with 100% accuracy. What I do remember is the noticeably loud chirping of birds upon my arrival at Carroll MS. Wait, that was actually Burt & Costco being..well..Burt & Costco. Nobody’s reading this anyway, so I’ll get to the point. With our FNG properly disclaimed, away we went to the rear parking lot.
WARM-UP: GM > IW > WM > MC > Merkins > Arm Circles > SSH
Jog around the back of the school & depart campus to an adjacent parking lot. Form teams of 3 & complete the following while teammates alternate sprinting the length of the lot & back:
Merkins x 150 > Air Squats x 150 > LBC’s x 150
Return to school & grab some wall: BTTW x 20 > BTTW x 15 > BTTW x 10
Mosey to the back of the school, descend the ramp, & grab a rock.
Curls > Shoulder press squats > Bent Rows > Tricep Extensions (repeato x 2)
Move over to the steps for a Larry David tribute: Stairbarrows > run the ramp > return to start (repeato)
Ascend the steps & grab some curb: Quick Feet > Irkins > Derkins (repeato x 2)
Jog over to the main parking lot & circle up.
