After giving the legs a good shredding at the 9/11 stair climb yesterday, today’s workout was primarily focused on upper body (mostly).  After a forewarning that Howard had Mexican with bad meat last night, extra care was taken on his part (thankfully) to ensure we didn’t have Merlot all over the track.

COT – DDT was a nice experiment but everyone is too busy on Saturdays to make it a regular workout.  We will call DDT spontaneously throughout the week as it is a great thing for the 2.0s.  Maybe pick it up regular again in the spring.  Also, prayer request for Starks daughter who was in a car accident.  No injuries, but at 16, totaling a car is a traumatic event.
