14 PAX showed up to BO for early morning merkin fest. Jog to the far side of the large parking lot across the street for warm up: Good Mornings x12, SSHx20, and Mountain Climbers x 20.

The Thang:

Pair up for the main merkin event. PAX 1 in plank position, PAX 2’s feet on PAX 1’s back for derkins x15 (broke back derkins). Flapjack, then run opposite directions around the large island. Repeat 3 times. Then some Mary; Box cutters x 12, LBC x 12, American Hammers x 12 and quick feet x12. The cadence counting was a little off to start so there might have been some 10 counts on the first set. Repeat with 3 sets of patty cake merkins x10 + lap then Mary. Repeat again with 3 sets of standard merkins x10. Repeat again with 3 sets of broke back derkins x 10. Some Plank holds then jog long way back to starting spot with all you got up the hill.
