Bear crawl uphill from bottom of the hill to top of the parking lot (distance = >1.25 football fields)
Back to bottom of parking lot.
Traveling burpee from the bottom of the hill to the top parking lot.

Jacobs ladder: 40 yard incline backwards run up parking lot
5 Burpees at the top; 5 merkins at the bottom. Plank till last PAX is finished.
Repeato until 15 reps of each… then back down to 5 reps each.
Head down to the dip wall for two round of 25 dips.
