EC: Run to bottom of long ramp at back entrance of mall – bear crawl up to top of ramp – plank; run to middle of parking garage – 20 wide grip merkins; run to far end of parking garage and climb stairs to the top. 1 burpee at top and 1 star jump at bottom, 2 burpees at top and 2 star jumps at bottom, continue to 10 – we got to 6 and ran out of time. Indian run to greenway across the street from McDonald’s – 20 prisoner squats; continue Indian run to bottom of hill at Solas apartments.

Partner up: wheel barrow to the top – switch as needed – plank at top – run to bottom; partner carry to the top – switch as needed – plank at top – run to bottom; bear, crap, gorilla with partner (both doing same exercise) to the top – any stoppage or change in exercise cost you and partner 20 merkins – plank at top – run to bottom; partner carry to top – switch as needed – plank at top.

Run across the flat field to top of hill across from old Crabtree Tavern: backwards bear crawl down hill – bear crawl up hill – 10 burpees at top – plank; run down hill – bear crawl up the hill – 10 burpees at top – plank; run down hill – run up the hill – 10 burpees at top – plank; run down hill.

Indian run back to starting point in parking garage.
