Since today was the 10th day of Christmas, we decided to celebrate the 12 days of Sisyphus.  Jogged to base of Sisyphus, picked up a rock under the bridge, carried it back to trail.  The 12 Days of Sisyphus:

1st day:  1 Bear Crawl

2nd day:  2 Tricep Extensions, 1 Bear Crawl

3rd day:  3 Rock Presses, 2 Tricep Extensions, 1 Bear Crawl

4th day:  4 Rock Curls, 3 Rock Presses, 2 Tricep Extensions, 1 Bear Crawl

5th day:  5 Incline Sprints, 4 Rock Curls, 3 Rock Presses, 2 Tricep Extensions, 1 Bear Crawl

6th day:  6 Prisoner Squats, 5 Incline Sprints, 4 Rock Curls, 3 Rock Presses, 2 Tricep Extensions, 1 Bear Crawl

7th day:  7 Burpees, 6 Prisoner Squats, 5 Incline Sprints, 4 Rock Curls, 3 Rock Presses, 2 Tricep Extensions, 1 Bear Crawl

Finished by running back to entrance of NHP.  COT, Announcements and Prayer Requests.  Zima took us out.
