17 PAX arrived to True Grit this morning for what they may have thought to be a Java led workout, but instead was greeted by YHC.  It was dark this morning. Really dark.

 

Jog up to big field

-SSH X 20

-Good Mornings x 15

-Imperial Walkers x 15

-Mountain Climbers x 15

-Makhtar N’Diaye x 15

-Mountain Climber(x4) Hand Release Merkin(x1) Star Jump(x1) Burpees x 10 OYO

-5 minutes AMRAP of 10 monkey Humpers on a down count and 10 military merkins on a down count

 

Mosey back down to the parking lot where we park.

 

The Thang:

The Rotary Phone Circuit

Station 1: 5 burpees at the launch point where we park.

Station 2: 10 WW2s at the peak of the greenway path where it meets the damn.

Station 3: 15 Squat Jumps at the first bench on the damn

Station 4: 20 Merkins at the second bench on the damn

Station 5: 25 Plank Jacks at the end of the damn where the fence stops

 

Order of events go as such:

At launch point, start with station 1, then to station 2, and go back to Start point. Station 1 to station 2 to station 3, hit station 2 and go back to launch point. Continue this pattern all the way to station 5 and hit all the stations on the way back. We made it all the way through Station 5 and back with 5 minutes left, so we went through 1-5 again, with a 6th station in mind, but ran out of time when we arrived to the parking lot for the 6th station.

In between each “dial” we would do a series of plank holds, squat holds, LBCs, and butterfly sit-ups until all PAX arrived back to the launch point.

-Arena is this Friday. We will have 3 arenas this month

-Convergence sites on Labor Day

-9/11 Stair Climb at Floodzone. No other sites that day.

-Prayers a PAX member’s Mother-In-Law who is going through Chemo right now
