11 PAX members answered the early morning bell and cranked out some mileage this AM at Tahoe. We covered about seven miles. Here’s how it went down:

-Cinderella starts telling stories prior to 5:30. Mumble chatter was high. YHC moves the COP to a lower lot. #shineyball

Point to Point runs with pain stations at the end. As you arrive at each point, circle back to the six and everyone finishes together. Exercises are ten each of starjumps, merkins, and prisoner squats.

Points: 1.) Run from starting point down Currituck to the entrance of North Hills Park. Turn around at the park and the final point is at Lassiter Mill/Currituck. Do exercises.

2.) Run from Currituck to Anderson. Do exercises.

3.) Run from Anderson to Anderson/Six Forks. Do exercises.

4.) Run from Anderson/Six Forks up Six Forks around Barrett and stop at Six Forks. Do exercises.

5.) Run from Computer/Six Forks to Finish Line.

Naked Moleskin:

-Work-out started with Cinderella complaining/commenting that a new bar in Raleigh has too many girls. I’ll chalk that one up to a generational gap. YHC would have thought that was a good thing. #oldmanlogic #moredudes

-Pepe and Yo-Yo glide along at the front each leg with Michelob tailing the two hot shot. Something tells me Michelob would have their number if we tripled the length of the work-out. #ultrarunnerstrong

-Solid invisible shirt performance today. Guarantying Tahoe will never see Au Pair for months if not ever at this site.

-Burgundy doesn’t wear shoes to Starbucks post run. Just so you know. #blister Tahoe will hurts your feet.
