9 PAX came out for a Monday morning cleansing. We started with some agility work and sprints. After circling up for Side straddle hops, merkins, and imperial walkers we got down to business. 1 minute intervals of TRX with 20 sec rest between exercises:

Tricep Extensions
Squats
Power pulls
RINSE AND REPEAT.
Mary consisted of TRX mountain climbers and knee tucks.
Cleansed.
