8 PAX showed up to experience Loom’s Virgin Q! They were treated to a Body, Mind and Soul workout. PAX enjoyed a cool morning after the overnight rain. VQ had plenty of help in getting transitions correct and avoided any accidents in skipping transition steps…common sense prevailed! VQ freely asked for help from the PAX. VQ’s focus was a good workout (not the most challenging), getting to know each other better (everyone shared one favorite thing) and an inspirational recount by VQ from Zig Ziglar’s book ‘See You At The Top’…”if you get YOU right, YOUR WORLD will be right!”

Jog around the parking lot and start with
25x Sir Fazio Arm Circles backwards and 25x forward

Paint the Lines to the ball circle
The Thang:
At the ball circle start with
15x Merkins
15x LBCs.
15x Imperial Walker
Let’s do Pearls on a String. Form two groups (even & odd number count). Odd number group jog clock wise and even number anti clock wise. Jog half way around the base ball field & stop at the 2nd ball circle for
15x Step Ups
and continue jog back to the starting ball circle.
15x Merkins and Plank.
Wait for everyone to gather. Right arm up then Regular then Left arm up then Regular. Time to jog again to the 2nd ball circle.
15x Step Ups & Squat until everyone is gathered
Continue the run back to the starting ball circle & Plank until everyone is back.

Jog to the shelter.. lets go boys got some more arm and leg work to do!

Crab Walk across the shorter end of the basketball court & plank till everyone finished
Bear Crawl back to the fence & plank till everyone finished
Repeat Crab Walk and Bear Crawl one more time!
Jog backwards round trip… are we done yet! … yes!
