- Merkins X 20

The Thang
5 Stations – 5 groups
- Station 1 (Parking Lot) – 25 Burpees w/ group and sprint up sidewalk to Station 2
- Station 2 (Shelly Lake Greenway path ) – 25 Merkins w/ group and sprint across Dam to Station 3
- Station 3 (Shovel Flag) – 25 Squats w/ group and sprint to pull up bars
- Station 4 (Pull up Bars) – 25 Pull ups jog to north end of Field
- Station 5 (200 yards of pain) Bear Crawl from Pull up bars to end of field
All groups to run back to parking lot and Plank until all groups arrived
Recover on the Jog to field for Circle of Fire
