Since we lost our brother Costco (Kirk Kirkland) in 2021, we have held an annual run in rememberance. We are changing things up a little bit this year. Rather than run to Costco as the midway point (and thereby have to run extended periods on Six Forks Road), we are going to launch and finish at the Costco (2838 Wake Forest Rd).
There will be a run (about 4 miles)
There will be a ruck (about 2 miles)
There will be a kettlebell workout (The Blitz is relocating for one week)
All activities will start at 5:30. All will complete at 6:15. Coffee will be up the hill in North Hills at Starbucks (are we still calling it Starnera now that Panera has folded).
